ONE OF THE HIGHLIGHTS OF CAN TOPAZI IS THE LARGE GLAZED AREA THAT CONNECTS THE GROUND FLOOR WITH THE GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL.

The 8-metre wide balcony allows indoor-outdoor living, so that from spring to autumn the garden is part of the lounge area as well as the kitchen.
FUSION OF MATERIALS
In terms of interior design and decoration, Can Topazi exudes an organic feel, natural wood textures combining with metallic materials and modern lighting. A fusion of styles that conveys both warmth and modernity. The interior design is also intended to maximise exposure to natural light and views of the exterior. Porch doors by ZIRCONIO. DESIGNER STAIRS
Design details are present throughout the house. The hanging concrete staircases are striking, an element that brings lightness and brightness to the room.
OPEN SPACES
The sensation of space, freedom of movement and natural light is a constant in this house, especially in the open-plan area that links the dining room with the kitchen and the outdoor areas. This layout is accentuated by the furniture and a selection of materials and finishes in keeping with the same philosophy.
