ORIGIN OF THE DATA

Personal data will be provided by the interested party on an absolutely voluntary basis.  Failure to provide certain data or questions that may be asked in the registration processes or in the different electronic forms presented to the User may result in the impossibility of accessing certain services for the provision of which it is essential to have personal data, in which case the Data Controller must indicate the obligatory and/or necessary nature of providing the personal data for the operation of the service.

The Data Controller assures the user of the confidentiality of their personal data and guarantees its security, adopting the necessary measures to avoid its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access.

INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

The Data Controller guarantees that they have implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Users and has communicated the appropriate information to them so that they can exercise these rights and freedoms.

SECURITY BREACHES

The Data Controller must report any security breach affecting the database used by this website, or affecting any of its third party services, to any and all persons, the data of which may have been affected, and the authorities, within 72 hours of the breach being detected.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Website Owner reserves the right to bring such civil or criminal actions as it deems necessary for the improper use of the Website and its Content.

The relationship between the User and the Data Controller will be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spain. Should any controversy arise in relation to the interpretation and/or the application of those regulations, the parties will submit their conflicts to the ordinary jurisdiction, submitting themselves to the corresponding judges and courts in accordance with the law.
