SOMETIMES, IT MAY SEEM THAT WE ARE NOT ACTUALLY A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. CERTAINLY NOT IN THE MOST TRADITIONAL WAY, AND NOT WITH ALL THE DRAWBACKS. SOMETIMES, WE SEEM MORE LIKE A SERVICE COMPANY WITH A POWERFUL -AND UNIQUE- PRODUCTION SYSTEM. IN ANY CASE, WE ARE HAPPY TO SEEM LIKE ONE, BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT WE ARE HERE TO DO: SHATTER MYTHS. AND, OF COURSE, TO BUILD HOUSES.

WE THINK THAT BECAUSE “IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN DONE THIS WAY” IS NOT A GOOD ENOUGH REASON TO CONTINUE DOING IT THE SAME WAY IF IT CAN BE DONE BETTER. WE CALL THIS “SHATTERING MYTHS”.

MYTH #1

Building a house is a very long process.

IN ONLY 4 MONTHS WE WILL COMPLETELY FINISH BUILDING YOUR HOUSE.
DOES THAT SOUND LIKE A LOT?

MYTH #2

I'll end up
paying more
than we agreed.

UNACCEPTABLE. LET'S BE SERIOUS: BEFORE WE START, WE WILL GIVE YOU AN EXACT FIGURE WHICH, OF COURSE, WILL NOT VARY AT ANY TIME.

MYTH #3

Houses are built with bricks.

WE LIKE TO SHATTER MYTHS, AND WE SPECIALISE IN THIS PARTICULAR ONE. Our houses are made of concrete (and many other materials).

MYTH #4

Architects don't build the houses they design.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LOOK FOR A BUILDER. WE ARE ARCHITECTS AND BUILDERS. WE TAKE CARE OF YOUR PROJECT FROM THE FIRST SKETCH TO THE FINAL FINISHES, BECAUSE WE HAVE OUR OWN FACTORY. THAT MAKES US UNIQUE.

When they hand over the keys, the builders disappear.

THE DAY THE KEYS ARE HANDED OVER, A YEAR LATER OR WHENEVER...
